Ahead of your  event date our team will do a site visit to better understand the layout of the event space and the intended traffic flow. From there, we will locate the most efficient parking location to safely park your guests' vehicles. 

Prior to the day of your event, we'll schedule a consultation visit to get a clear picture of the event layout, talk about how traffic will flow, and figure out the best spot for our team to set up and manage the podium.

If you prefer a different uniform, such as dress shirts and ties, we're happy to discuss accommodating that request.
